All our products are original, we do NOT sell copies, testers, products without box, fakes or imitations. Selling such products is illegal.


Delivery times

Shipping and delivery times

We ship with the GLS carrier GLS. In general, the delivery time for the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries in Europe ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

To Portugal we ship with Nacex, delivery time usually 1/2 business days

Cancel my order

If your order has not yet been sent and you wish to cancel it, you should contact us as soon as possible at the customer service.

If your order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled, you must wait for the transport to make the delivery and refuse it, then you can request the return of it in the customer service.


Change or add products

If your order has not yet been shipped and you want to change or add a product, contact customer service to let us know as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot change or add products, you must wait for the transport to make the delivery. Then you can request the return of the same in the customer service.


Track my order

When we send your order you will receive an email with which you can track your order.

You can also check the tracking of your order from the customer area, in the section "Order history and details" in the "Tracking" section within the order.


Get invoice for my order

In your customer account you can download the invoice of your order, the download is available in the "Order history and details" section by clicking "Download invoice".


Modify shipping data

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact customer service to let us know as soon as possible.

If your order has been sent, contact us.

You must bear in mind that the modification of an address is not always possible, since, if the order has been sent at times we will not be able to make said change. It is possible that making changes to the delivery address once the order is sent may incur an extra cost.

If you want to change your billing information, contact customer service directly.


I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been sent, it cannot be canceled, you must wait for the transport to make the delivery, then you can request the return of the same through the customer service.

Keep in mind that in case of canceling the order, it will be the customer who must bear the cost of the return, said cost varies depending on the destination, you can consult the return costs through the customer service.


Change products once the order is received

At the moment it is not possible to make product changes once the order has been received. You must request the cancellation or return of your purchase and then place a new order.


Request return

You can request the return of your purchase by contacting us up to 14 business days after receiving your order.

For reasons of hygiene and health changes or returns of used, open or unsealed products will not be accepted. Nor will products damaged by the client be accepted, without original packaging / box / case or presenting the lack of any element or accessory.

In case of return of the order by express desire of the client, for not making the collection before 15 calendar days after the shipment (collection point), for the absence of the client, or for other reasons outside of us, it will be the customer who must Assume the cost, this cost varies depending on the destination, you can consult the return costs through customer service.


I have not received what I wanted

Sometimes the presentation of the product may vary. The manufacturer may have changed the packagin (packaging, box, colors, labeling, etc.) For that reason, you may receive a different product than the one shown in the image of our online store.

In the case of sets, you may receive a product that is not identical to the one in the photo. Note that there may be several product models, but the main product does not change.


Broken or defective product

If any product of your order has reached you broken or defective, contact us as soon as possible. Returns on used or handled products will not be accepted.
